1. Return window
- Standard workflow: return request within 12 days after delivery.
- Consumer legal withdrawal right: 14 days from delivery.
- After standard window but within legal window, requests remain possible via support email.
2. Returned item condition
- Atelier Kelvin standard policy: unopened, complete, resale-ready product.
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals and protections must be included.
- Damage, missing parts or excessive use may lead to proportional deduction.
3. Return costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer for convenience returns/change of mind.
If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly prepared, return costs are covered by Atelier Kelvin.
4. Process
- Open a return request in your account (Returns section) or by support email.
- Receive logistics instructions and return reference.
- Ship the parcel and keep proof of shipment.
- Quality check upon receipt, then refund or replacement according to case.
5. Refund timing
Refund starts after return validation. Final credit timeline depends on the original payment method and banking network.
